Parking

There's more to good parking than deftly squeezing in between the #vanlifes and SUVs. It's actually a critical pressure point for land owners and managers and needs to be done correctly to preserve access. 

Parking Skills

  • Carpool when possible so you can allow for more people, less vehicles.

  • Plan ahead and know where to park for any known crag. We love guidebooks, but information can change after publishing. Check thecrag.com for any changes to parking areas.

  • Do not use roads designated MVO (Management Vehicles Only).

  • Park considerately.

  • Do not block access or other vehicles.

  • If the car park is full, either consider climbing elsewhere for the day or look for other legal parking areas with an alternate approach.
